1. SALES POLICIES.

All books are subject to prior sale. It is advisable to confirm availability of a book before sending payment.

Acceptable Payment Methods
We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, money orders, and, of course, cash at the store.

Guarantee
All purchases are guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the book to us within two weeks in the same condition as purchased, and we will refund your money.

Shipping
Books will be shipped within two business days upon receipt of payment. Shipping Rates include: media mail (7 to 10 days) $3.50 for the first book/volume, $1.00 for each additional book/volume, or priority mail (3 to 7 days) $6.00 for the first book/volume, $1.00 for each additional book/volume. Overseas shipping is at cost. All books are packed carefully so that you receive them in the best possible condition.

2. LEGAL POLICIES.

Privacy
Hermit Hill Books does not automatically collect any personal information from users of this site. Any personal information that you voluntarily submit to Hermit Hill Books (e.g. via email) will be used solely for the purpose of providing requested information or fulfilling requested sales/other transactions. We will never sell or otherwise furnish personal information to third parties (except as may be required by law), nor will we ever send you unsolicited email or other unsolicited materials.
